David K. Allen

David K. Allen is the managing Broker Owner at Mount Vista Mortgage. After entering the mortgage industry in 2016, David worked for various lending institutions and financial advising companies before founding Mount Vista Mortgage in 2023. He has over seven years experience in financial products and lending guidelines. He also holds his CLA (Certified Liability Advisor) designation which allows him to advise clients on their lending options and how to best utilize them in preparation for expected/unexpected life events and retirement.

David is committed to educating his clients and providing them with all their options to succeed in homeownership at any phase in life.

David is married to his high school sweetheart Tayler. Together, they have three amazing boys, Boston, Greyson, and Hudson. They enjoy spending time together; taking advantage of everything the great state of Utah has to offer.
