I started Summit Funding three decades ago with the belief that everyone deserves to be treated with absolute respect. That contrast with the situation at most banks, where you are either a Rockefeller and get Rockefeller treatment, or you're a nobody and you get nobody treatment.

My primary objective is to make it easy for you to get a mortgage. That is one reason why Summit Funding never collects up-front fees. We collect all fees (credit reports, appraisals, condominium, etc.) at closing. And, we personalize every aspect of our service from loan application to closing.

We treat all clients like they are my best friends. Since most people don’t even know what is available to them or how to fine-tune a mortgage for their specific needs, we take the time to answer questions and work proactively to resolve issues.

The overwhelming majority of my business comes from referrals and I end up working with the nicest people on the planet. I consider myself to be very blessed to do what I do every day.
