Rick Ward is a proud United States Army Veteran, spending most of his military career overseas. Rick has spent the last 20 years developing world class customer service, management, and consulting skills. Rick and his team conduct their mortgage business under a 4-H philosophy that includes being Hungry, Humble, Honest, and Happy. With this foundation, Rick continues to grow his healthy referral-based business, keeping him sharp and on his toes to deliver beyond every customer’s expectations. This dedication has earned him top producing honors in 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019. 2021, and 2022. Last but not least, Rick believes that being more than a mortgage is part of how Rick separates himself from the rest of the market by providing a holistic approach to every mortgage strategy tailored to a customers short term and long term financial goals. When Rick isn’t working, he loves spending time with family, traveling to his beach house in Florida and driving his classic cars around town with the top down to enjoy the summer breeze!
