Fairway Independent Mortgage
ABOUT ME

As a producing Branch Manager and Certified Mortgage Planner for Fairway in Bellevue, Troy takes a more consultative approach to the lending world, educating on the importance of integrating the home loan into a client’s overall financial picture and helping them to choose the right mortgage for their particular situation.

Troy and his team are committed to providing exceptional service and they believe in the importance of taking the time to help each client feel comfortable with not only the loan process but also with all of the great questions that his clients may have so that great decisions can be made.

With 22 years in both the mortgage and financial services industry, Troy understands and watches the mortgage backed securities market to help provide insight into the best time to consider locking in an interest rate for his clients, or in some cases, when to hold off from locking to see if a trend in the right direction might continue.

With everything being completed in-house such as underwriting, processing and funding, Troy and his team can provide the smoothest loan process possible and when he isn’t working to serve his clients, he can be found with his wonderful wife, Julie, and their three beautiful children; Chase, Carston and Camdyn. He and his family love to call the Pacific Northwest their home.
